So, when you send them an email, the idea that you can, with this owned platform, remind them about all the great stuff you’re doing and engage with them so that maybe they get a link directly from this, or they’re just going to do a search for you when they return to the platform or go directly to your membership. Now, when you say off platform, is that whether it’s TikTok or Instagram YouTube, that’s not something you own, but something that you do own is email membership.
